Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized identifier input
Published Jul 29, 2025 · Updated Jul 29, 2025
SQL injection in phpgurukul Nipah virus (NiV) Testing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its MySQL database. The /new-user-testing.php handler inserts the govtissuedid POST value directly into an SQL query without validation, enabling time-based blind injection with a crafted SLEEP expression. The public registration endpoint requires no authentication, and exploitation can expose or alter application database records.
