Local process crash via repeated DLT cleanup

Double free in AppNeta Tcpreplay 4.5.1 allows local users to crash the tcprewrite process with a crafted PCAP file. During DLT cleanup, tcpedit_dlt_cleanup() reaches dlt_linuxsll2_cleanup() more than once, causing ctx->decoded_extra to be freed repeatedly. Exploitation requires a user to supply the file to the local command-line utility; the demonstrated result is process termination.
