Application denial of service via unreleased UTF-7 buffer

Memory leak in FontForge 20230101 and earlier allows attackers to interrupt the application via a crafted SFD file opened by a user. The utf7toutf8_copy path in fontforge/sfd.c allocates utf16buf while decoding UTF-7 data but fails to free it after copying into ucs2_str. Exploitation requires user interaction; repeated parsing exhausts process memory and denies service without disclosing or modifying data.
