Unauthenticated access via decoded error-path suffix

Improper access control in getrebuild/rebuild 4.0.4 allows remote attackers to bypass login enforcement via a crafted request path. RebuildWebInterceptor.preHandle URL-decodes request.getRequestURI(), then exempts any decoded path ending in /error instead of limiting the exemption to the intended error endpoint. No authentication or user interaction is required; the bypass exposes otherwise protected application functions, with reported sensitive-information access or privilege escalation.
