Improper input validation in Arista CVX on affected EOS 4.30.x through 4.34.x allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The CVX peer-message path inadequately validates malformed custom TCP messages before Sysdb or CVX agents process them, terminating the agents. Exploitation requires high-privilege access to a connected peer and enabled CVX; impact is limited to a switch soft reset or CVX cluster instability.
