Remote code execution via oversized MKDIR argument

Buffer overflow in FreeFloat FTP Server 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted MKDIR command. A MKDIR argument with 245 bytes of padding overwrites EIP with a JMP ESP address and transfers execution to appended shellcode. The published exploit connects to TCP port 21, signs in with anonymous FTP credentials, and obtains a reverse shell on Windows XP SP3.
