Unauthenticated device crash via unchecked GET parameters
Published Apr 8, 2026 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Buffer overflow in D-Link DI-8003 firmware 16.07.26A1 allows remote attackers to crash the device via a crafted HTTP GET request. The /web_keyword.asp endpoint handles attacker-controlled name, en, time, mem_gb2312, and mem_utf8 values without adequate bounds checking. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation interrupts availability without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
