Service interruption via malformed endpoint parameters
Published Apr 8, 2026 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Buffer overflow in D-Link DI-8003 firmware 16.07.26A1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted HTTP GET request. The /user_group.asp handler fails to enforce safe bounds while processing the name, mem, pri, and attr parameters, causing stack-buffer corruption. Unauthenticated network access to the management endpoint is sufficient; published assessments report availability impact only, with no confidentiality or integrity loss.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
