Unauthenticated service interruption via overlong name parameter
Published Apr 8, 2026 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Buffer overflow in /url_group.asp in D-Link DI-8003 16.07.26A1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted request. The endpoint mishandles an overlong name parameter and overflows a stack buffer instead of enforcing the destination buffer's size. No authentication or user interaction is required; public materials identify denial of service but do not distinguish a crash, hang, or reboot.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
