SQL injection via unsafe multibyte query escaping

SQL injection in Saurus CMS Community Edition 4.7.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through crafted parameters. DB::prepare() in classes/mysql.inc.php interpolates parameters with preg_replace() and unsafe quoting, allowing multibyte input to escape the intended SQL string. No authentication or user interaction is required; database file-write access to the web root additionally enables PHP execution as the web server.
