Code execution via repeated PDU deletion

Use-after-free in libcoap 4.3.5 allows local users to corrupt memory or execute code by deleting the same PDU object twice. coap_delete_pdu_lkd reads the reference counter through a dangling PDU pointer after an earlier call has freed the object. The supplier disputes the vulnerability because the second deletion violates libcoap's API usage requirements; exposure requires an application to retain and delete a stale PDU pointer.
