Open redirect via permissive deep-link validation

Open redirect in lbry-desktop 0.53.9 allows remote attackers to redirect victim users to attacker-controlled pages via crafted lbry URLs. In electron/createWindow.js, a substring test accepts a deep link containing an lbry:// marker anywhere, replaces that marker, and appends the result to rendererURL for loadURL. Exploitation requires a victim to visit an attacker-controlled page, approve the browser's LBRY prompt, and launch the app from a cold start; the published impact is redirection to an attacker-controlled page.
