Database disclosure via unsanitized entityType query parameter

SQL injection in OpenMetadata 1.4.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data via the test-definitions API. TestDefinitionDAO.listCount concatenates the entityType parameter directly into an SQL query instead of binding or validating it. Low-privileged access and a valid bearer token are required; successful exploitation exposes stored user data, including passwords and JWT tokens.
