Code execution via unchecked 3DM heap buffer copy

Heap-based buffer overflow in Autodesk AutoCAD 2023 through 2025 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted 3DM file. The 3DM parser copies user-supplied data into a fixed-length heap buffer without first validating its length. Exploitation requires a user to link, import, or open the file; successful abuse can crash the process, read sensitive data, or run code with that process's rights.
