Inquiry deletion via tokenless admin GET request

Cross-site request forgery in PHPGurukul Medical Card Generation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete inquiry records. The /mcgs/admin/readenq.php endpoint performs the deletion from a simple GET request without a CSRF token or origin validation. Exploitation requires a signed-in administrator’s browser to send the crafted request, and the bounded consequence is deletion of inquiry data.
