Stored script execution via unsanitized contact name

Stored cross-site scripting in Phpgurukul Medical Card Generation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in a viewer's browser. The name parameter handled by mcgs/contact.php is stored without adequate sanitization and later rendered when contact submissions are reviewed. Submitting the public contact form requires no authentication, but execution depends on another user viewing the stored entry; the script can read or alter data available to that browser session.
