Buffer overflow in SmallBASIC with SDL before 12.28 allows local users to cause information disclosure or a crash via a long argument. The SDL main function passes an unchecked command-line argument to strcpy, which writes beyond the 1,024-byte opt_command global buffer. Local execution permission and an argument of at least 1,024 bytes are required; the PoC demonstrates process termination but not extraction of leaked data.
