Authenticated file deletion via filePath traversal

Path traversal in Kingdee Cloud Galaxy 9.0 Patch April 2025 allows remote authenticated users to delete server files via filePath. The File Handler's deleteFileAction passes the caller-controlled filePath to the deletion service without confining the resolved path to its intended directory. Low-privileged access is required, no user interaction is needed, and the documented consequence is limited file modification or service interruption.
