Unauthenticated file disclosure via decrypted URL fetch

SSRF in MCCMS 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to read local files or access internal services through a crafted encrypted pic parameter. In sys\apps\controllers\api\Gf.php index(), sys_auth decrypts pic with a hard-coded key, and geturl passes the result to cURL without scheme or destination validation. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published key permits encrypted URLs targeting internal services or local paths, with demonstrated file disclosure and internal port probing.
