SQL injection via unsanitized COPY INTO identifiers
Published Jun 24, 2025 · Updated Jun 24, 2025
SQL injection in Apache Airflow Providers Snowflake before 6.4.0 allows attackers to execute SQL via crafted table or stage values. CopyFromExternalStageToSnowflakeOperator interpolates those values directly into a COPY INTO statement without rejecting statement separators. Exploitation requires a workflow to pass attacker-controlled values to the operator, and injected SQL runs with the configured Snowflake connection's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
