Administrator object injection via PHAR path checks

Deserialization in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.30 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to inject PHP objects. The VChamilo import.php handler passes attacker-controlled configuration_file, course_path, and home_path values to filesystem checks without rejecting phar:// paths, causing crafted PHAR metadata to be deserialized. Administrator access is required, and arbitrary object classes and properties can alter application logic and interrupt the service.
