CVE-2025-50187Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via SOAP parameter evaluation

Published Mar 2, 2026 · Updated Mar 2, 2026

Eval injection in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.28 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted SOAP request. In NuSOAP's main/inc/lib/nusoap/class.soap_server.php invoke_method function, the fallback path interpolates SOAP parameters into a PHP call string and evaluates it without escaping. The path is reachable only when PHP disables call_user_func_array; successful exploitation runs code with the web server process's privileges.
