Arbitrary file read via uploads path traversal

Path traversal in DbGate before 6.4.3-beta.8 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files through an uploads request. The GET /uploads/get handler passes the file parameter through path.join to res.sendFile without rejecting parent-directory or separator characters. A valid bearer token and session cookie are required, and successful exploitation exposes files readable by the DbGate process without modifying them.
