SSRF protection bypass via ignored redirect controls

Open redirect in urllib3 2.2.0 through 2.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to bypass redirect-based SSRF controls in Pyodide. The Emscripten Fetch adapter omits manual redirect handling, so the runtime follows redirects while ignoring urllib3 retry and redirect parameters. Reachability requires a browser or Node.js Pyodide runtime and consuming code that relies on urllib3 to restrict redirects, exposing destinations otherwise blocked by SSRF controls.
