Improper path validation in Apache Jena Fuseki 5.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access files outside its server area. The configuration-upload handler accepts file and directory paths without verifying that their resolved locations remain within the Fuseki server instance. Administrator access is required, and Apache documents that administrative functions are restricted to localhost by default.
