User-triggered script execution via malicious RSS link
Published Jun 25, 2025 · Updated Jun 25, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Utility Enterprise Data Management and AclaraONE Utility Portal allows remote attackers to inject malicious RSS links. The AccuWeather and Custom RSS widgets accept an unauthenticated RSS feed URL replacement and expose its unneutralized content as a feed link. Exploitation requires a user to open the attacker-supplied link through the RSS feed, exposing that web session to attacker-controlled script.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
