Code execution via unchecked TGA RLE count

Heap-based buffer overflow in SAIL 0.9.8 allows remote attackers to execute code by inducing an application to decode a crafted TGA file. In sail_codec_load_frame_v8_tga, the RLE packet loop copies the packet's claimed pixel count without ensuring that it fits the heap buffer sized from image dimensions. The target application must decode the attacker-supplied file; an oversized RLE count then writes past the pixel buffer and can corrupt memory in the application's context.
