Denial of service in Oracle MySQL Server's Optimizer allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash servers via MySQL Protocol. Oracle has not published the optimizer operation or crafted input that triggers the failure. High-privileged MySQL accounts are required; affected releases are 8.0.0 through 8.0.42, 8.4.0 through 8.4.5, and 9.0.0 through 9.3.0.
