Cross-site request forgery in Oracle Applications Framework 12.2.3 through 12.2.14 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the Personalization component but has not disclosed the affected request handler or its request-validation failure. Exploitation requires low-privileged HTTP access and interaction by another user, and forged requests can read a subset of accessible data or update, insert, and delete some accessible data across a changed security scope.
