Improper access control in Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing allows remote authenticated users to read critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the operation in the Security Management System that fails to enforce access control on HTTP requests. A low-privileged account and network access are required; successful exploitation exposes critical data or all data accessible through the application.
