Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing 2.9.0.0.0 through 7.2.0.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read application data. Oracle identifies the affected component as Security Management System but has not published the faulty operation or input path. Exploitation requires high-privilege application credentials and network access to an HTTP endpoint; successful attacks expose critical or all application-accessible data without reported modification or service interruption.
