Authenticated application data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 15, 2025 · Updated Jul 16, 2025
Improper access control in Oracle Applications Framework 12.2.3 through 12.2.14 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. Oracle identifies Web Utilities as the affected component but has not published the faulty operation or input path that bypasses its access controls. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; exploitation permits reads of a data subset and updates, inserts, or deletions of some accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
