Improper privilege management in Oracle Database 19.3 through 19.27, 21.3 through 21.18, and 23.4 through 23.8 allows data modification. Oracle identifies the Materialized View component but does not disclose the faulty operation within DBMS_REDEFINITION that permits unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletes. High-privileged remote authenticated users need Execute on DBMS_REDEFINITION and Oracle Net access; successful attacks alter only accessible materialized-view data.
