Authorization bypass in Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll Core 9.2.51 and 9.2.52 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Global Payroll for Core and does not disclose the request, endpoint, or missing privilege check.
