System crash via oversized control packet

Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenVPN Data Channel Offload for Windows 1.3.0 and earlier and 2.5.8 and earlier allows local users to crash Windows. The driver's control-channel write path accepts packets larger than 1,500 bytes from user space and overruns its kernel buffer instead of rejecting them. Any unprivileged local process that opens the driver interface can trigger the crash; ordinary OpenVPN builds enforce a length limit and do not emit these packets.
