Database data disclosure via unescaped PayPal IPN ID

SQL injection in Cozmoslabs Paid Member Subscriptions 2.15.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data through PayPal IPN. The process_webhooks function passes the unvalidated custom payment ID into PMS_Payment::get_data, which concatenates it into an unprepared SELECT query. No authentication is required, but a request must pass PayPal IPN verification; successful injection can disclose payment or other database data.
