Unauthorized actions via missing nonce validation
Published Jun 17, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Advanced Settings 3.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to force unwanted actions through a forged request to an administrator. The request handler for the experimental Filters and actions settings feature accepts state-changing requests without valid WordPress nonce verification. Exploitation requires the feature to be active and an authenticated administrator to visit or submit attacker-controlled content; public sources do not identify the exact action.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=3.0.1 changes=[{"at":"3.0.2","status":"unaffected"}]
