Authenticated code execution via JSON-RPC SQL injection
Published Mar 10, 2026 · Updated Mar 10, 2026
SQL injection in the JSON-RPC API of Fortinet FortiAnalyzer and FortiAnalyzer-BigData allows remote authenticated users to execute code. Fortinet has not disclosed the affected endpoint, parameter, or unsafe database-query construction beyond identifying crafted API requests as the vector. Exploitation requires a high-privilege account with JSON API access, a feature disabled by default, and permits unauthorized code or command execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
