Unauthenticated management access via blank-state flag

Authentication bypass in NETGEAR DGND3700v2 1.1.00.15_1.00.15NA allows remote attackers to access its management interface. Requesting /BRS_top.html sets start_in_blankstate to 1, causing mini_http's Basic Authentication routine to skip credential verification. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the bypass grants access to all management functions exposed by the router's web interface.
