Memory disclosure via limited-length REPLACE parameters

Use of uninitialized memory in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022 allows remote attackers to disclose data through crafted queries. The SQL Server Engine can return uninitialized memory when the REPLACE function processes limited-length parameters under rare conditions. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation exposes memory contents without altering data or interrupting service.
