Domain controller crash via Netlogon RPC memory exhaustion

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Windows Netlogon allows remote attackers to crash affected domain controllers through unauthenticated RPC. DsrAddressToSiteNamesW accepts as many as 32,000 socket addresses per call, allocates at least 256 KB, and repeated stateless calls outpace memory release until LSASS exhausts memory. Any network path to Netlogon on an affected domain controller is sufficient; the bounded result is a domain-controller crash and authentication-service interruption.
