One-byte memory disclosure via multipart boundary under-read

Out-of-bounds read in GNOME libsoup 3.6.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to read one byte past a multipart message buffer. The find_boundary function fails to verify that a multipart boundary is fully terminated before advancing its scan beyond the allocated input. An unauthenticated client must reach a libsoup-consuming HTTP server; the read offers little control over leaked data but can also crash the process.
