Local privilege escalation via ICOMP double free

A double free in Windows Win32K ICOMP allows local users with existing access to elevate privileges on affected Windows releases. Microsoft identifies ICOMP as the affected Win32K locus and reports that it releases the same memory allocation twice, but no finer code path is public. Low local privileges are sufficient, and exploitation requires no user interaction while granting elevated execution on the host.
