CVE-2025-49619Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code execution via unsandboxed workflow templates

Published Jun 7, 2025 · Updated Jun 17, 2025

Server-side template injection in Skyvern 0.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through workflow prompts. In skyvern/forge/sdk/workflow/models/block.py, format_block_parameter_template_from_workflow_run_context constructs an unrestricted Jinja2 Template from a prompt and renders it with workflow data. Any account that can edit and run a prompt-bearing workflow block can execute commands in the Skyvern server or container.
