Authenticated cross-group access via faulty RBAC enforcement

Incorrect access control in Mender Server before 3.7.11 and 4.x before 4.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to exceed device-group permissions. Affected API authorization paths fail to constrain RBAC permissions to the static device groups assigned to a user's role. Exploitation requires a compromised session with partial device-group access and permits reading other device data, deploying available updates beyond authorized groups, or deleting unauthorized dynamic groups.
