Authenticated phishing redirects via origin-prefix validation

Open redirect in the n8n login flow before 1.98.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach attacker-controlled domains after signing in. The SigninView safety check accepts any redirect string that starts with the instance origin, so a lookalike host such as n8n.local.evil.com passes the prefix test. Exploitation requires valid login credentials, a crafted /signin URL, and user interaction; successful redirection can support phishing and credential or 2FA theft.
