Stored XSS in Citizen 2.13.0 through 3.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in visitors' browsers. The preferences addPortlet polyfill copies a heading label's textContent into labelDiv.innerHTML, reparsing editable message text as active HTML. System-message editing privileges are required; opening the affected preferences menu triggers the stored payload in another user's session.
