CVE-2025-49574

Cross-transaction data exposure via copied duplicated contexts

Published Jun 23, 2025 · Updated Dec 22, 2025

Information exposure in affected Quarkus releases allows attackers to receive request data from another transaction through context reuse. Vert.x 4.5.12 copies a duplicated context's parent data instead of creating an empty context, defeating Quarkus transaction isolation. The rare path occurs in Quarkus Messaging connectors and can expose request scope, security details, and metadata to a low-privileged adjacent attacker.
