XXE in Adobe ColdFusion 2025.2, 2023.14, and 2021.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary local files. Adobe identifies improper restriction of external entity references during XML processing but has not disclosed the affected parser, endpoint, or code path. Exploitation requires network access to a component restricted to internal IP addresses, needs no authentication or user interaction, and can expose files or interrupt the service.
