Resource leakage in ASR Falcon_Linux, Kestrel, and Lapwing_Linux before 1536 allows remote authenticated users to degrade service via network requests. The traffic_stat/traffic_service/traffic_service.C locus fails to release a resource, but ASR has not disclosed the resource or triggering request. Remote authenticated access is required; accumulated resource depletion can impair legitimate service.
